VINEYARD: Situated west of the Hospices de Beaune (Hôtel-Dieu) on the hillside in the Champs Pimonts facing due east.

TERROIR: Soils are clay and limestone with shallow rock substrata of between 0,60 m and 0,80 m. It has not been altered in any way, but does still contain fissures. The topsoil is brown and has lots of stones on the surface.

HARVEST: Handpicked in small baskets.

STYLE: A refined elegant wine with a beautiful aromatic expression of red berries in keeping with the harmonious tannins.
