Meaning "Nature" in Gaelic, the Arbikie family revolutionary Nàdar duo harness the power of nature and silence to create the world's first climate positive spirits, made from the most innovative and surprising ingredient - the humble pea.
Every bottle of Nàdar Gin or Vodka is at the forefront of fighting climate change and biodiversity loss, avoiding more carbon emissions than it produces.
At the Arbikie, they make their own base spirits, which means that they have direct control over the crops they use to make their spirits. After years of study by their Master Distiller, Kirsty Black, they concluded that peas were an ideal choice for the planet as the pea crop requires no nitrogen fertiliser.

The kelp, carline thistle and blaeberries represent the elements of ocean, rock & land that surround our Scottish east coast farmlands, creating a wonderfully creamy gin filled with the character of Arbikie's Angus home.

They have added a world first to their world first by creating Nàdar Vodka. Nàdar Vodka again harnesses the power of both nature and science to create this world-first vodka spirit.
An antidote to tasteless vodkas! At Arbikie Distillery, they make their own base spirit which retains many subtle flavours lost in most vodkas. This field-to-bottle, world-first spirit is distinctive and delicious, with a vibrant and spicy taste alongside a contrasting floral nose.
Chilli Vodka

Arbikie Chilli Vodka captures the smokiness of the chipotle and the earthiness of Arbikie farm potato vodka to create a perfect blend of spice and flavour.
They use home grown chipotle chillies, which are soaked in our vodka to create a natural product with no extracts, colourings or concentrates. Their master distillers have focused on creating a unique drinking experience that is as much about heat as it is about enjoying the smokiness of the chipotle.
Strawberry Vodka

Arbikie Strawberry Vodka is the product of nature and nurture: full of authentic flavour, pure and proudly chemical free.
Our vodka also has its own unique vintage, because no two crops are ever the same.
The fresh strawberries change subtly in flavour each year depending on the seasons’ changeable weather.
