GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Chardonnay

VINEYARD: South west facing, situated on the left bank of the Serein River in the Valvan Valley. The clayey chalk marl soils are packed with minerals and the presence of fossilised oyster shells and other marine creatures gives finesse and minerality to this wine. 

TERROIR: Limestone marls and Kimmeridgian soils (composed of millions of tiny marine fossils) are deep with the top layer of earth a reddish brown colour.
