Wine growing
The vineyard is carefully managed based on the climate and levels of disease occurrence. We conserve and enhance the soil's vitality through techniques like combing, organic compost, and controlled treatment. Throughout the seasons, Dino, Rosa, Vincent, and Françoise help nurture the vines to ensure they produce healthy clusters of sweet, firm, and juicy grapes. To achieve the right balance between sweetness and acidity, they regulate the number of grapes produced by each vine stock. Wildly growing plants are thinned, pruned, aligned, and cropped to allow more air and light to reach their foliage. Once the grapes reach their optimal balance and maturity, the pickers divide among the rows to harvest the grapes and begin the sorting process.
